We have some important information for registered participants in the upcoming World English Sporting Clays Championship. Participants should watch their email for updates until the time of the event, April 19-24.
Ammo Policy Update
Factory ammunition must be used for all 12-gauge events. Reloads will be allowed for sub-gauge events only.
If you must purchase ammunition at the event, please be aware that you will only be allowed to purchase enough to cover your competition events. Verification of event entry will be required to purchase ammunition. No practice ammunition will be sold at the event. We will have different loads available from most major brands of factory ammunition; sales are first-come, first-serve, and no advanced sales or reservations will be made. Prices and loads will be posted onsite at the ammunition building.
For participants flying to the World English, we advise shipping your ammunition. UPS guidelines for shipping can be viewed at UPS Guidelines (Scroll down for Shipping Ammunition). Ammunition should be sent to the participant’s name, and reference the event. The mailing address is 5931 Roft Road, San Antonio, TX 78253.

Event Merchandise
We will be offering a variety of event merchandise for sale. The pre-sales site will be available very soon, and an email will be sent out to all participants.
American Field Sporting
We are excited to announce that we have added a 50-bird American Field Sporting event that will be available to shoot on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday of the World English. Squadding is required; please visit Winscoreonline.com to add this event to your registration.
Event Activities
On Wednesday, April 20 and Thursday, April 21, we will be serving complimentary beer, wine, and hors d’oeuvres at the clubhouse. The Opening Ceremonies will take place on Friday, April 22 in conjunction with our Championship Party, followed by entertainment and a fireworks display. Saturday evening, we will hold the Yanks vs. Brits Shoot-Out in the stadium under the lights in conjunction with our Shooter Party. Friday and Saturday evenings, we will be serving dinner and have a full bar open; all participants and guests are invited to attend.
Registration and Practice
Registration will be open Monday, April 18, 12 p.m. – 5 p.m. and Tuesday, April 19 through Sunday, April 24, 7 a.m. – 5 p.m. Practice will be available Monday, April 18 through Sunday, April 24, from 7 a.m. until dark. The week prior to the World English, the National Shooting Complex will be closed to all shooting.
Personally Owned Cart/UTV Permit
If you are bringing a Clays Car, Ranger, Mule, or similar vehicle to the World English Sporting Clays Championship, you must purchase a permit and provide proof of liability insurance. To have your permit sticker in your shooter’s packet and avoid an additional line at registration, please download the permit form and submit it, along with your proof of liability insurance, to Lori Bauchman at lbauchman@nssa-nsca.com.
Deadlines for World English Cancellations
The deadline for a 50% refund is Thursday, March 31. If you need to cancel, you can do so online at Winscoreonline.com or contact Amy Crow at 706-816-9712 or acrow@nssa-nsca.com.
