Together, Puckorius and Grossi will oversee the NSCA Instructor Certification Course schedule, evaluate and update course curriculum and instructional manuals, and develop a continuing education program designed to increase instructor engagement and long-term involvement.
Philip Puckorius has been an NSCA Level III Instructor and Certifying Instructor since 2020, having earned his Level I Instructor certification in 1994. A Life Member of the NSCA, Phil remains actively engaged in instruction throughout the year. He has also designed and delivered continuing education courses in partnership with the North Star Clay Target Foundation.
Dominic Grossi is an NSCA Level II Certified Instructor, Life Member, and a professional sporting clays and FITASC competitor. A nine-time member of the USA Sporting Clays Team, Dominic brings more than a decade of instructional experience working with shooters of all skill levels. He has also collaborated extensively with members of the newly developed Champion Coaches Circle as these shooting professionals are integrated into the program.
