The selection process is underway for the host club of the 2026 NSCA U.S. Open Championship, and you have the opportunity to have a say in it. A new process starting this year allows National Delegates to review the eight tournament proposals submitted by clubs, complete with videos, and provide their feedback to the Executive Committee. Three finalists and any ties for the third position will do presentations during the National Delegate meeting at the National Championship before the Executive Council takes its final vote.
National Delegates:
Please contact the NSCA Executive Council member(s) in your region no later than September 30, 2024, to let them know your top two choices for the 2026 U.S. Open host club. Your EC representative will gather all feedback and utilize that information as they cast their final vote.

On August 27, 2024, the NSCA Executive Council voted to update the voting procedures for the U.S. Open to the following process:
- a. All bidding clubs provide a video submission by September 18.
- b. On the video submission deadline, Headquarters will post all videos on YouTube and a landing page on the website. We will then email the link out to all National Delegates, along with the bid package for each club, and encourage them to share their top two choices with the EC members in their Region by September 30.

- e. At the National Delegate meeting, the EC will cast their final vote to determine the host club.
Adjusting Bids:
- Finalists will be allowed to adjust their bid for final presentation. All adjustments must be submitted to Assistant Director,
- , in writing at least the day before the National Delegate meeting, and they may include this in their presentation.
