Updated NSCA Rule Books Now Posted
We’ve updated the NSCA Rule Book to reflect some important changes, and we’ve also made it easier to use by dividing it into three separate documents. The primary book is the NSCA Official Rules and Regulations, published both in print and online. Two sections have been removed and published separately as Governance Structure and Awards and Recognition. Both of those publications are exclusively online. Have you ever wondered how you got to be an NSCA "Veteran" if you didn't serve in the military, or when you will move from one age-based concurrent category to another? For those who are new to NSCA or just need a refresher on NSCA concurrent categories, here is what you need to know. NSCA concurrents are based on age or gender.
