NSCA 2024 End-of-Year Review Criteria

The following criteria will be used for the end-of-year review process, which will be taking place the week of January 20, 2025. 12-Gauge Classification: ONLY shooters who started and ended the year in the same class and shot a minimum of 500 registered targets or more are eligible for end-of-year review. If a shooter has accumulated FEWER THAN the following required minimum number of punches in their ending class for the year, and then if their calculated CCFR (Current Class Finish Ratio) in their ending class for the year is greater than 0.400, the shooter will be reviewed and … [Read more...]

The NSCA Executive Council has made several changes in the criteria that will be used for the end-of-year review process, which will be taking place the week of January 22, 2024. NSCA will conduct the annual end-of-year review during the week of January 16, 2023, to determine classification of members for 2023. NSCA's 2018 end-of-year review was run Tuesday, January 22, 2019. The criteria used for the 2018 end-of-year review is as follows: All shooters who started and ended the year in the same class and shot a minimum of 500 or more registered targets are eligible for review. Each year in January, NSCA conducts a review of members' performance for the previous year to ensure that everyone will be competing in the most appropriate class in the coming year. NSCA Year-End Review Criteria: Class Reductions for 2016

In reviewing your member records, you may have noticed a new statistic in your Member Data, the Current Class Ratio. Here's what it means: The NSCA Advisory Council and Executive Council have reviewed the current procedures for end-of-year reviews of members' classifications and have adjusted the process for determining who will be offered down-classing at the 2016 year-end review.
