You can bid to shoot with your favorite sporting clays champion at the 2025 National Sporting Clays Championship. The upcoming National Championship will again feature the Qualified Pro Squad Rotation format, and you can be a part of it! For the sport’s largest event of the year, shooters meeting strict criteria for qualification will be assigned to the same rotation and same course. 2027 U.S. Open Host Club Selection Underway

The selection process is underway for the host club of the 2027 NSCA U.S. Open Championship, and you have the opportunity to have a say in it. A new process started last year allows National Delegates to review the seven tournament proposals submitted by clubs, complete with videos, and provide their feedback to the Executive Committee. No one has our membership lists, and they are NEVER for sale. We protect our members’ contact information and do not share, sell, trade, or otherwise distribute it, even with our sponsors or industry partners. USASCT Dominates World English Awards

Brandon Powell won his second consecutive World English Sporting Championship last week, taking high individual honors and the gold medal at the legendary E.J. Churchill Shooting Grounds in England. Fellow USA Sporting Clays Team Open member Anthony Matarese was on his heels, winning the silver medal. Ladies team members Desirae Edmunds and Madison Sharpe earned silver and bronze medals, respectively, in Ladies individual competition. Elliott Wiley Becomes Youngest to Reach Master Class

On May 18, 2025, NSCA history was made when 10-year-old Elliott Wiley of Sanger, Texas, became the youngest member ever to earn Master Class status. The fifth-grader achieved this milestone at the Texas State Championship. Elliott’s record surpasses the previous record of an 11-year-old shooter. Elliott’s father, George Wiley, said of his son’s accomplishment and his journey to Masters, “His enthusiasm for this sport would not be where it is today without NSCA competitions. Earlier this year, the NSCA Executive Council proposed a rule change regarding the number of punches required to move up in class, and NSCA National Delegates have now voted to ratify the change.
