NSC to Use Score Chaser for 2023 National Championship, Texas State
The National Shooting Complex has added Score Chaser to the portfolio of registration/scoring platforms it will use in the future for NSCA events. In 2023, the NSC will use Score Chaser for two flagship events it will host – the National Sporting Clays Championship and the Texas State Sporting Clays Championship. NSSA-NSCA Scholarship Funds Doubled for 2020
NSSA and NSCA have doubled their commitment to their scholarship programs and will each award four $5000 college scholarships this year to deserving members who will graduate from high school and start a four-year college program in 2020. The scholarships will be awarded based on academics, citizenship, and participation in NSSA or NSCA. Applicants must submit an application, a short essay, a transcript, and a letter of recommendation. The scholarships are paid incrementally by semester, and students must maintain a B average. Bidding is now open for host clubs for the 2019 NSCA Regional Championships and 2020 World FITASC Championship. NSCA End-of-Year Review Process
Each year in January, NSCA conducts a review of members' performance for the previous year to ensure that everyone will be competing in the most appropriate class in the coming year. When we run the end-of-year review, we look at your CCFR (Current Class Finish Ratio), which is how you finished in your end-of-year class, against all the other shooters in your end-of-year class at all the shoots you participated in during the year.
